We will spend time with each person, directing and coaching them to get the very best high end headshots. Professional headshot sessions can be done in my studio, outdoors or in your office for convenience. You are not restricted to a time limit and we will work with each person until they are happy with their headshots.

We would require a 12×12 room / space to setup at your office. You will receive:

Preparation guide to help you prepare for your headshot session.
Facial Expression coaching to capture your best headshots – One / Two looks per person – Instant image review process – One Professionally edited (retouched) headshot as per client request.
The option to purchase additional retouched images. Standard edited headshots will be delivered immediately if we have WiFi available or within 2 business days.

All retouched headshots will be delivered digitally within 7-10 business days based on volume of images selected. Retouching includes full color correction, teeth whitening, blemish and stray hair removal as per clients request. This does not include any background compositing. Rushed delivery – $50 per image with a turn around time of 24-72 hours based of volume of images selected

A deposit is required to book your company’s headshot session. This is Non-Refundable and will be deducted from the final cost of your session. Second payment due on the day of your headshot event.

BASIC COMPANY HEADSHOTS - INFO

For companies with a limited budget, we now offer a basic professional headshot session. This session will only include your color corrected headshots.

Details and Information:

$350 on location fee (to set up at your office)
All your color corrected headshots
Instant headshot delivery $50 (optional). Highly recommended as everyone gets their headshots within a few minutes. Wifi is needed for this option.

Retouching can be purchased separately costing $100 per image. This includes blemishes stray hair removed as well as full color correction and teeth whitening. This does not include any background compositing. Retouching costs must be paid for before we start any work on the headshots. Final headshots will be delivered within 7-10 business days. Rushed delivery – $50 per image with a turnaround time of 48 – 72 hours based of volume of images selected

We will guide and direct each person every step of the way for headshots that they will love.

Headshots can be done in my studio or in the convenience of your office. We allocate 6-10 minutes per person, capturing approximately 10 headshots per person. For headshots done in your office, we kindly ask for a 12×12 room / space to setup.

Travel costs are not included in the cost and is billed separately.
