We create a schedule through a dedicated webpage for your team to book. This is seamless and fully automated. Upon signing up, everyone receives a confirmation email and a reminder is sent out 24 hours before. A preparation guide is included in the confirmation and reminder emails.
Instant Headshot Delivery – $25
Headshots delivered to each person within 5 minutes if Wi-Fi is available. Why wait for 3 – 5 days when everyone can get their headshots within minutes after their session!
High End Retouching – $60 Per Image
High End Retouching includes color correction, stray hair removal, blemish removal and teeth whitening.
Advanced Retouching – $80 Per Image
All of the high end retouching plus background change, filling in hair (if possible), glare removal from glasses and crease removal from clothing as best as possible.
Location Fee – $250
Our Location fee covers the travel and time needed to set up in the comfort of your office. This prevents you from coordinating travel for each person and there is minimal disruption to your workday.

MAKEUP AND HAIR SERVICES
We have a hair and makeup artist available. Please enquire as this is an add-on and is not be included in the price. We will bring a mirror, lint roller and hair spray as part of our service.
PREPARATION GUIDE:
Upon signing up, every person receives a preparation guide to help them prepare for their headshot session. We highly recommend that each person wears solid colors.
On the day, we will have a laptop for each person to view their photos in real time. This ensures that they can see their images as we capture them with no surprises.
ARRIVAL TIME
We arrive to set up at least 30 minutes before our first sign up and will require 30 minutes to break down. Please allocate time accordingly if we are using a conference room for the headshots.
PHOTO EDITING PROCESS
Our high end retouching services include making any necessary adjustments to skin texture, removing any imperfections, adding brightness to teeth, hair editing, outfit adjustments and background corrections. If you’re planning to use these photos for your corporate website, we can even work directly with your web designer to make sure all the requirements are met.
Our standard retouching includes minor blemish removal and color correction only.
TURNAROUND TIME
All standard edited headshots are delivered within 5 minutes…Yes, that’s correct, 5 minutes (WiFi must be available for this option)
Our retouching turnaround time is usually 5 business days. We have a rushed fee option at $50 per image. All final images are delivered via email.

Individuals and small groups can be photographed at our studio in Midtown Manhattan NYC or at your office. We capture consistent looking headshots for companies in the five boroughs of New York and can also travel anywhere in USA or abroad.
HIGH END COMPANY HEADSHOTS - INFO
This option is for companies who want the very best high end premium headshots.

- One retouched headshot per person included in the session

We will spend time with each person, directing and coaching them to get the very best high end headshots. Professional headshot sessions can be done in my studio, outdoors or in your office for convenience. You are not restricted to a time limit and we will work with each person until they are happy with their headshots.
We would require a 10×10 room / space to setup at your office. You will receive:
- Preparation guide to help you prepare for your headshot session.
- Facial Expression coaching to capture your best headshots – One / Two looks per person – Instant image review process – One Professionally edited (retouched) headshot as per client request.
- The option to purchase additional retouched images. Standard edited headshots will be delivered immediately if we have WiFi available or within 24 hours.
All retouched headshots will be delivered digitally within 5 business days based on volume of images selected. Retouching includes full color correction, teeth whitening, blemish and stray hair removal as per clients request. This does not include any background compositing. Rushed delivery – $50 per image with a turn around time of 24-72 hours based of volume of images selected
A deposit is required to book your company’s headshot session. This is Non-Refundable and will be deducted from the final cost of your session. Second payment due on the day of your headshot event.

For companies with a limited budget, we now offer a standard professional headshot session. This session will only include your color corrected headshots.

Retouching includes blemishes stray hair removed as well as full color correction and teeth whitening. This does not include any background compositing. We will guide and direct each person every step of the way for headshots that they will love.
Headshots can be done in my studio or in the convenience of your office. We allocate 6-10 minutes per person, capturing approximately 10 headshots per person. For headshots done in your office, we kindly ask for a 10×10 room / space to setup.
